Customer reviews

I''ve tried several sausages in the Parsons Nose range having come across them at farmers markets and local food fairs. Their wild boar sausage (with wine and garlic I think) was excellent. I also remember their chorizo style sausage (fresh, not cured) - very good.

All their sausages tend to be quite chunky (I don''t mind the shape if the taste is good!). They do a wide range of types, mostly pork based, some with wild boar (or boar crosses), and include some unusual ones e.g. with nettles. Texture tends to be on the coarse side (which I prefer).

Good value, satisfyingly meaty and juicy sausages.

The Parsons Nose Sausages are the best I have ever tasted. And unlike alot of other sausage makers they breed thier own pigs in a free range, stress free environment. They butcher and process the sausages by hand and then go out and sell them.If you haven''t tried them you should. They can be found at Birmingham Farmers Markets and many others. Highly recommended

I have just returned from The Great Dorset Steam Fair, where I once again enjoyed a Full Monty!having waited a full year to savour again the flavour of your wonderful product. I weep at the way British farmers are treated and hope that you, with your sensational sausages will be able to remain in business. Good Luck.
P S Your staff were worked off of their feet. Give them a good bonus!

I bumped into the Parsons Nose at the last Hereford county show. Believe you me (I am French ) it is the first time in 26 years in the UK that I have tasted a sausage that a Frenchman would classify as a very good sausage. Perfect texture, divine taste.
Vive le parsons nose et merci!

Visited the Parsons Nose stand at the Good Food Show and had a sausage sandwich for lunch. Fabulous, best I''ve ever tasted.

We had 1 of each Sausage (11 sausages in all) so that we could sample the range. These are the best sausages I have had in this country!
TW, Tewkesbury

These sausages don''t live up to the hype that comes with them. I have tasted them a couple of times at Farmers Markets including Stratford and I have to say that honestly you could find a better sausage at any High Street butcher.

All hype no substance.
