A high class (and expensive) Italian deli set up by the fungi loving chef Antonio Carluccio. They normally stock 2 or 3 Italian cooking sausages including Luganiga, plain pork flavored with prosciutto and a herb sausage with rosemary and fennel. These are often hidden away so you may have to ask.
They sell food via the website (not sausages though) and also have a chain 15 cafés in and around London which also sell a good selection of food.
