Tried the New lamb & Mint sausage -need to be cooked slowly ,but taste fantastic! Also just tried the Lamb & Apricot - just superb!
The ''Banged-up Banger'' is the best sausage I''ve tasted in years. Cooked in my ''George'' grill or slowly dry-fried they have a wonderful texture and good traditional flavour, with practically no excess fat.
