OK, this is bit of a cheat because they do not make sausages at Borough Market. However, this is one of the best places in the country to come food, and in particular, sausage shopping.
Not only do 2 our top 10 (The Ginger Pig and Sillfield Farm) sell here, but you can also buy from other regulars such as Brindisa and Lane Farm.
The market is open every Friday (12 - 6) and Saturday (9 - 4).
