Most
pre-packed sausages are brought from supermarkets. The top 10 brands account
for around £180 million of sales, nearly 40% of all sausage sales. But
are they any good?
This section will bring you the results of impartial, blind tastings carried out by members of the public. The results of our tests on Premium Plain Pork and Premium Pork & Herbs are published below. We will complete a major testing of standard sausages in early February and the results of this test will be published that month. Further tests will be added over the forthcoming months.
