A proper traditional butcher who sells lots of different types of rare bread meats. They do not stock dozens of different sausages, probably 4-6 at any one time. The traditional low fat type is one of our favourites along with the black pudding sausage (made with the same spices as used in black pudding). They have recently won a sausage award, look out for the slightly falic trophy on the counter! This butcher has a loyal local following and although I am pleased to give them some feedback, I hope not too many people read this as it gets a bit too busy at times already!
