They produce an extensive range of wondeeful sausages with meat from their own traditional and rare breed pigs and sheep. Whilst not strictly organic, the animals are grass fed in a welfare-friendly environment. The love and care certainly comes through in the flavour and succulence.
If I miss them at the local farmers'' market I have been known to drive the 50 mile round trip to stock up. They do about a dozen varieties regularly, including lamb and mint, and some seasonal recipes too. They also do excellent pies, bacon and meat - all from their own rare breed animals.
