David Wilkinson has been producing pork products for over 20 years and has reputation for excellence and freshness. He attends markets in London and the West Country where people flock to buy his Sausages (plus bacon, ham and other goodies).
David is in control of production from conception to consumption ensuring that the pigs have a good life and their meat is appreciated. He supplies a range of sausages from traditional (including fabulous black pudding)to the more exotic Boerewors and won several medals at the Taste Of The West 2006 awards. Highly recommended by all who taste his products.
