An award winning sausages based on a 100 year old recipe. These are short, stout sausages which lost almost no fat or liquid during cooking. They are herby but not in the Lincolnshire style and would be good at any time of the day. Flecked with the green of fresh garden herbs they have a subtle taste of cinnamon and a good medium to fine texture. They are available from the shop in Coventry or via mail order at ?6.06 per kg.
